Legacy Athletic Training is proud to present its Quarterback Training program, led by Coach Hicks. With an emphasis on developing and mastering the fundamentals of the position, Coach Hicks will provide top-notch instruction and an individualized approach to ensure each athlete’s success. Sessions include strength and conditioning drills, footwork techniques, throwing mechanics, route running, and film evaluation. Our goal is to help each quarterback hone their craft so they can reach their full potential on the field. All athletes are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible in order to develop a well-rounded set of skills under the guidance of Coach Hicks.
